- What kind of products can I find at Caribizz?
Caribizz offers a wide ED's supermarket assortment including brand name goods from product categories such as groceries, beverages, household and cleaning products, hygiene and beauty care, etc. But Caribizz also offers fresh fruits and vegetables as well as meat and dairy products.

- What can I do if I don't find my favorite products at Caribizz?
If you think that there is a certain product missing in the Caribizz assortment, please let us know! We are constantly adding new products to our assortment. We rely on your wishes and suggestions to make sure that we choose the right products. If you would like to suggest a new product, simply send us an e-mail at administration@caribizz.fr. We will then undertake the necessary steps to try and include the product in our assortment. As soon as it is available at Caribizz, we will contact you by e-mail.

- How can I rapidly find a product?
Use the "Search engine" field in the navigation menu. Enter the name of the product you are looking for in the search field and click on "Ok". For example, if you type "chocolate", you will be shown all products containing the word in the name or description (for example, Nesquik, chocolate bars, etc.).

- How do Caribizz prices compare with the prices in my local grocery store?
The prices of the products available at Caribizz.fr are the same of ED's supermarket prices. The prices can be compared to prices of other Martinicans supermarkets with a similar selection, if we consider the delivery service their are cheaper. The prices of the fruits and vegetables are adapted to current market prices on a weekly basis.

- Can I shop from more than one computer?
Absolutely. You can place your order from any computer with Internet access. In fact, many of our customers tell us that they order from both their home and office computer.

- How do I pay for my order?
  • At Caribizz office : Print your order form, you will be able to pay in our office on the port by Cash, Travellers Cheques or Credit Card.
  • To your boat : You will be able to pay directly to your boat in Cash, Travellers Cheques or Credit Card.
  • Credit Card by fax : Print the order form and fax it to: +(596) 596 74 16 83.
  • Credit Card by phone : Print the order form and call us to: +(596) 596 74 16 82.
  • Bank Transfer payment : Print the order form, you will find our bank information.

- Is there a minimum amount for my order?
Yes, the minimum amount of your shopping basket is 150 Euros per order.

- How much do I have to pay for the boat delivery?
Yacht delivery fees are 8% of the overall order.

- Do you sell personal data or addresses of your customers to third parties?
In accordance with the French low n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have constantly the right to accede, modify and delete the information concerning you. We guarantee the privacy of your information. Under no circumstance will Caribizz pass on personal customer data to a third party. All information regarding your purchases, will always be handled and treated with absolute confidentiality. At any time, Caribizz lets you access, change or erase your customer data: your address, telephone number, email address etc). Each customer selects his/her login name and password at registration (free and without obligations) that lets you access, edit and erase your customer information.
